RC Lichtenstein

We are excited to announce that Coach RC Lichtenstein will be working at our facility this fall and winter. RC has been teaching pitching and developing professional athletes for over 30 years. RC was a pitching coach and later director of pitching development for the Tampa Bay Rays organization. During his time there, the Rays minor leagues were ranked #1 five times and finished in the top 10 all but one season. 

This past season RC was named Pitching coach of the Charlotte Knights, the AAA Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. We are excited about the knowledge and experience RC brings to our facility!

Coach RC is ready to start working with our upper level youth and high

school age players today. Beyond mechanical improvements, RC focuses his instruction on developing a player's mobility, refining pitch sequencing, and the mental work required to pitch at the next level.
