Wow Factor Youth

Our Youth Program is a 9u - 14u year round program. We offer fall baseball, winter conditioning, and team training prior to the spring and summer league and tournament play. We strive to have at least two teams at each age level, focusing on player development at a range of positions and player abilities.

Most teams practice at least twice a week inside with a paid head coach and supporting staff. The player development program emphasizes fundamental skill development, team-centric outcome standards, and sportsmanship. Our teams are headed up by experienced coaches and while some parent participation is welcomed, our head coaches are dedicated staff members and not parents.

For all of our teams, success on the field is a major standard for evaluating the health and success of our program. Still, individual player growth, a team first attitude, and a desire to help each player maximize their full potential is at the heart of our program's focus.

Some players at various youth levels may be invited to play a number of select national showcase events with our Great Lakes showcase teams. These teams will be comprised of top talent players from around the region.
